Change Vision, Inc. has decided to discontinue to provide JUDE/Professional Academic Programs including Faculty Site License and Academic License on 31st of March, 2010.
Please use astah* professional Faculty Site License or Timed License after 1st of April, 2010.

JUDE/Professional Faculty Site License is designed to provide the most inexpensive way to make the design tool available in classrooms, teaching and research labs and on personal computers.
With our Faculty Site License, everyone in a qualified department of educational institutions: all of professors, faculty, students are able to install and use JUDE/Professional.
 PriceF 500 dollars for one year *for unlimited number of computers, students and faculties
What JUDE/Professional Faculty Site License offersc:
- License for the latest version of software
- Unlimited installations of JUDE/Professional on all computers within an entitled department, and personal computers of whom belong to the department.
- Right of redistribution and copying of JUDE/Professional for the purpose of installing them on computers within a department(Redistribution via external connections where outsiders can reach is not allowed)
- Updates to the latest version of JUDE/Professional
Condition:
- JUDE/Professional Faculty Site License is applicable for students and faculty who belong to a department of educational institutions.
- JUDE/Professional Faculty Site License cannot be used for any commercial purposes or sublicensed to any third party.
** If you have acted against this condition above, you will be disqualified from the JUDE/Professional Faculty Site License Program.

Q1. Is it possible to keep using JUDE/Professional on Faculty Site License after graduation?
A1. No. When students or faculties are no longer a part of the institution, they will no longer to be eligible to use JUDE/Professional.
Q2. Is it possible to redistribute JUDE/Professional to licensed users that administrator downloaded?
A2. Yes, redistribution of JUDE/Professional is allowed only within the licensed department. Please note that all users must be bound to the
[JUDE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT] and do not allowed eternal accesses.

Anyone who belongs to the licensed department can install JUDE/Professional to their personal computers and uses it at home or anywhere.

With Faculty Site License, you can use JUDE/Professional at workshops* with third parties. *The workshops must be held within the institution.
(2) Academic License for JUDE/Professional
JUDE/Professional is a product version of JUDE with all the features of JUDE/Community plus additional enhancements such as ER Diagram, Dataflow Diagram, Flowchart, CRUD, Mind Map and more.
JUDE Academic licenses for JUDE/Professional are available to students and faculty of educational institutions, including colleges, universities and institutions for non-commercial use of the software.

A User License is a user-fixed license that includes an unlimited operation period and one-year of support.
- Timed License (1 year)
A Timed License (1 year) is a machine-fixed license that limits both the operation period and the support period to 1 year.
- Support Renewal License
A Support Renewal License is required to receive an additional year of product support for a User License.
Please note that it is not possible to extend the support period with Timed Licenses.

(3) Redistribution of astah* community
JUDE/Community is now astah* community. Please use our new edition, astah* community.
Redistribution of astah* community will be allowed for use by students and faculty of educational institutions only up to 50 computers. It is restricted in its facilities. (Distribution of astah* community on the Internet is not allowed.)
