A User License is a user-fixed license that includes an unlimited operation period and one-year of support.
Timed License (1 year)
A Timed License (1 year) is a machine-fixed license that limits both the operation period and the support period to 1 year.
Support Renewal License
A Support Renewal License is required to receive an additional year of product support for a User License.
Please note that it is not possible to extend the support period with Timed Licenses.
