• For User License, One-year support is already included in the price when you purchase.
• For Timed License, the support fee for the first support period is included in the price. It is not possible to extend support period with a Support Renewal License. A new Timed License must be purchased.
• The collaboration functions included in JUDE/Professional and JUDE/Server are not supported.

Support is provided free of charge for a fixed period. The duration of this period depends on the License purchased. The support period starts on the day of the License Registration and finishes at the end of the month in which the fixed period terminates.
If a membership registration is deleted from JUDE Members on our website, the member's rights as a JUDE user are also revoked and support will no longer be available to the user.

The Machine Non-specific License is a machine-free license restricted to a given user. It is not restricted to be run on a single machine, but it can only be used by a specified user.

- Another user's machine cannot be registered.
- The JUDE Members registration and the license registration must be done by the specified user.

The Machine Specific License is a "machine-specified node license". It allows any user to use JUDE, but only on a single machine per license.

- The JUDE Members registration and the license registration must be done by the user who manages the license.

The User License is a user-fixed license that includes an unlimited operation period and one-year of support. After the support period expires, it is possible to continue using the JUDE product that was obtained during the support period. However, we recommend that you renew the support period to use the most up-to-date versions.

A Timed License is a machine-fixed license that limits both the operation period and the support period (to 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months). It is not possible to renew the support period. Please purchase a new Timed License if you would like to extend the validity period.
Please be aware that JUDE cannot be used after the validity period expires.

This license is required to receive product support.
During the support period, you will receive software updates including bug fixes (An upgrade fee may be required for major upgrades) and Q&A support. When the support period expires, you can continue using the product versions obtained during the support period.
It is not possible to extend the support period with Timed Licenses. Please purchase a new Timed License.

- Extending the Support Period(except Timed Licenses)
The User License for JUDE/Professional includes one year of free support.
You can extend the support period by purchasing a JUDE Support Renewal License (charged) and registering this License when your year of free support expires.

- Extending the Support Period after Expiry (except Timed Licenses)
It is also possible to extend a support period by registering Support Renewal License even after the support period has expired. However, please note that the extension will start from the expiry date of your previous Support Renewal License.
The support fee is approximately 20% of the Product License. Therefore, it is more economical to purchase Support Renewal Licenses rather than repurchasing a Product License within 6 years of the initial purchase.

We think that it is very important to provide new functionality to users as soon as possible. We believe that the Support Renewal License is the most efficient way of doing this. In addition, please understand that we cannot provide bug-fixes for all versions of JUDE in the past, as functional enhancements are carried out in a fast cycle.
