1. Is it possible to keep using the product one year after it was purchased?

   - It is possible to keep using the JUDE product obtained during the support period even after the support period expires.
   - We recommend that you renew the support period in order to receive the latest product versions.
   

   [Timed License]
   - Please be aware that JUDE cannot be used after the support period expires.
   - Please purchase a new Timed License if you would like to continue using JUDE after the expiry of the support period.

2. What are the advantages of renewing the support period?

   - The following services will be provided:
   --- Minor version upgrades with improved functionality and bug fixes*
   --- Q&A Support
   --- Additional Information about JUDE
   * An extra upgrade fee may be required to receive major version upgrades.
   

   [Timed License]
   - It is not possible to renew the support period of Machine Specific License. Please purchase a new Timed License.
